Yep, that's true, I remember that during the first week of it's great appearance it was cloudy

Thats comparing a week or 2 of clouds to 4 months of storms and rain,
some comparison :?

Yep,

Here we had:
    Sept 06 = 2
    Oct 06 = 2
    Nov 06 = 0
    Dec 06 = 1
    Jan 06 = 1

Even at that the last two were through cloud gaps.

Mind you, there was plenty of solar observing possible in Sept & Oct.
