I run the office for an oyster farmer in lovely Ring. Fantastic place to work and couldn't imagine being in a city again. Maybe I should bring a plate (of oysters!) to the next Starparty......

Technical manager for environmental lab. This was a career change and I was previously an exploration geologist searching for gold in Ireland, Portugal, Serbia and Africa.

Guys,
Wow. I cannot believe the bias towards IT.
Well, don't let me spoil the party ... retired systems analyst and designer dealing with client-server systems and GUI-based applications. I was most fortunate to be considered one of the top consultants in my field using the SAS system and which helped me work crazy hours (300+ per month) and which helped significantly in my early retirement.
Of course, during my retirement I am working just as hard collecting photons. And I love it!!!!!
