Hi,
Interesting to recall which I observed off the top of my head (without ref to my observing notebook):
Bernard's Galaxy - yes (rather faint and large).
Bear Paw Galaxy - ? vaguely heard of the name.
Blue Planetary - ? (I don't even know where it is - a lot of Planetaries are blue!).
Blue Snowball - yes (bright).
Bode's Nebula - yes (bright galaxy).
Deer Lick Galaxy - yes (bright galaxy)
Eight Burst nebula - yes (bright and south)
Sunflower Galaxy - yes (bright galaxy)
Box Nebula - ? (don't know the name so can't say if observed/ not observed)
By the way a lot these are just nick names.
John

Whn I was an eleven year old alter boy I used to skip Rosary and Benediction to admire the glory of the sky when sitting beside Clifden Church.(Surplus and Sutane in the bag.).
I invented all my own names for those beutiful patterns in the sky.
The sky does not care what names we humans put on it.
Peter.
