Hi everyone, John here
I was wondering how does everyone get those little pictures up in their posts.
I tried getting them off www.flickr.com/ but I do not have an email address with Yahoo.

Any advice! :D

What are you looking for John? An avatar image like my Mr. Blah here, or how to insert an image into a post? If it IS avatars, there is a how-to sticky in the Beginners forum.

Could you perhaps give me an example of a website that has good astronomy avaters (i.e pictures of andromeda galaxy, mars, Jupiter, ect.)

Too many to mention John! Your best bet is to simply to a search if you want something specific in e.g. Yahoo or Google, and select the "Images" option next to your search box. That way, you'll get many thumbnails as results. Pay attention to the pixel size of what you are looking for.
