aurora

the aurora is appearing low in the north now!

Good Call, I've just checked yself after the rain, Red pillars low in the Northwest, quite nice:-)

I have just spent an hour watching,lots of pale green,including one bright patch that moved from NE to SW,eventually disappearing to the south of ALTAIR,low in the southwest.
Keith g,most of what I see is green,not red.Do people see some colours more prominant than others?

Just checked now from the NUIM capus and the entire northern sky appears to be over cast

Will keep checking as teh evenign progresses.

Tyrrellspass has a faint green glow srrounding The Plough and down to the horizon right now...
