Hey there.

On the homepage there are observing challenges, I was wondering, do many people take them up?

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

It seems that a lot of people download them and work through them on their own but very few ever submit anything.

The only 'winner' of an Observing Certificate (Deirdre Kelleghan) did the Novice Challenge during the course of almost a year. Filled in almost everything in it! As Cosmos is coming up, maybe those of you who have started one of the Challenges should think about getting it submitted in time for the event? You'll get an IFAS Certificate and your photo taken. :)
