Hi
Just on the lunar challenge, I think Shane hasn't been around for a while, but I started work on a lunar challenge a while back. It is basically the lunar 100 by charles wood, run by IFAS. I have all necessary permissions, and have most of it ready to go, just need to finish it off.
This serves as a timely reminder.

Sounds good Trevor. As it is currently existing as a gap in the Programme, I personally would like to see you develop it further. I am quite sure you wouldn't have many, if any, objections to it. Shane was last seen here (post-wise) July 2006, so I don't think he's going to mind either!

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

As double star observing is an interest of mine I could have a go at developing one, unless someone else is working on it?

That is great stuff Trevor; I would be most interested in undertaking this worthy challenge. It would also be a good learning curve for me and for others to gain more experience and knowledge.
