Report!
It was a quiet night all round, but 5 tables of teams took part! The worthy winners, The 4 Syages of Hereditary Baldness took the pot for 1st (and only) prize - congrats to them! (I was calling them the 4 Stooges of Hereditary Baldness all night, really!)
But to give them real credit, they donated their winning prize back to the club - most generous indeed - as long as the club can get them some hair in return!
Some actually asked us if we would make it a weekly event. That is something the committee will talk about. There was certainly n objection by the management of De Brúns bar, and thanks to them for helping us out.
Also, a huge thanks to JM Office Supplies, and to McKenna Electronics (both in The Bridge Center, Tullamore), for their generous donations of prizes and vouchers - much appreciated.
For those that couldn't make it - you missed a fun night out!
Seanie.
