Glad the Ballycullen Night was a success (and pity I could not be there).

A little bit of history: Liam Smyth, Randall Penney and myself founded the Dublin Sidewalk Astronomers nearly 20 years ago. This was the first time that telescopes were brought to the streets in Ireland, copying the original idea of the San Francisco Sidewalk Astronomers. Our original location was at the top of Grafton St in Dublin (beside the Arch on the Green).
