Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better programs, and the universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the universe is winning.

Just checked with Met Eireann and the weather for Saturday night looks a bit iffy . There is the possibility of some clear patches, so for anyone going out to Sandymount it might be a case of observing between the clouds.
Still, we can always keep our fingers crossed.

Rain and cloud ceased play on both nights.
Bummer - we never even got to set up.
Still, there's always the next one. Never let the weather grind you down.
Next public outing is in Glencree in the Dublin Mountains on Wed 28th, Deirdre is giving a talk and hopefully the clouds will vanish for some moments (gosh I'm becoming so polite) to allow us to display Saturn et al for the public afterwards. Glencree is a nice dark site so if its clear the sky is literally the limit.
Clear Skies,
