Unfortunately, the weather was very bad for a Messier Marathon, but very good for staying at the refuge and enjoying ourselves near the fireplace.
It was snowing, raining and misty all weekend.
So, insted of M objects, we chased LC objects. We did a Lamb Chop Marathon: LC1, LC2, LC3, etc.. the winner chased 14 LC objects.
Also, we took the usual 1 hr walk towards the mountain top. This time the scenery was majestic.
We walked till the mountain plateau. There we found ourselves in a white sphere: you couldnt tell the borders between snow and sky. Visibility 20 meters. The little chapelle was our final destination.
Snow walking...

... and walking...
What is the shortest way to the plateau?
snow and mist at the plateau
at the chapelle.

It's John, the guy that already has the telescope of PJ's dreams: Vixen VMC200L.
Pink is due to wrong white balance setting.
