Dave that is a fantastic image of the ring nebula considering the conditions under which it was taken. Grainy...........but damn the nebula is looking good.

3 nights in a row here on the east coast this week were clear. Maybe not the best "seeing" but clear. I too fear that the last 2 weeks are indeed our summer come and gone.
