in Limerick City by the Shannon River at 8PM.

It's supposed to be ok tomorrow with cloud building up

That's right, Frank. I have just checked www.wunderground.com and it is clear in Shannon, and there are a few clear skies in County Down. Maybe clear skies are on the way after all. There is a northwesterly airflow moving over Ireland.
