Hi all,

Wow, I can’t tell you the surprise I got when I turned on my PC this morning. It’s something that I was not expecting at all, but I’m delighted to have received this award by my fellow astronomers and friends.

As you know I’ve been looking up at the stars ever since I was a kid, the universe had my full attention.

It really is one of the most fascinating hobbies to be involved in; it is a hobby that just keeps on giving. The most important part of it is teaching and helping the next generation of Astronomers.
Words can’t describe how thankful I am of being recognised by my peers.

Thank you all.
Carl.
