Might be one more chance tonight and then looks like solid cloud for the rest of the week.

Clouds did part sufficiently soon before 3am. NEOWISE still easily visible naked eye, even the tail was lighting up the foreground haze. That said, both coma and tail were perhaps marginally fainter through binos than previously, but the tail did appear somewhat more fanned out and broader. Which could also be the result of the sky overall being darker than at the weekend.

Hi Finbarr,Â
Very many thanks for the update. Nice to know what it's like above Irish skies at the moment... No chance of seeing over Dublin as of late
I really hope I get another chance to observe it before it fades from naked eye visibility.Â
Clear skies,Â
Darren.Â

Hi all, here is just another update for Neowise, I got this shot early on Sunday morning last under very hazy skies from east Cavan. I have to say it was a beautiful sight, with binooculars it sported a tail of roughly 2.5 degrees long, naked eye shoed a little less, maybe about 1.5 degrees.
Lets hope for a clear sky this week...

Fabulous shot Keith! Although NEOWISE probably doesn't rank as a 'Great' Comet visually, the camera can certainly make it look like one!
