He says what he has in stock currently are loose sheets in reams of 200. But he can order in the full range. He hasn't had much call before for the paper so he doesn't keep a lot in stock, but if he has regular orders this should change - I told him to get ready for a few enquiries.

Would one of the IFAS committee members be prepared to strike a deal?
In the interests of the federation making a few bob (and presumably it won't be mountains of cash) I'd be more than happy to do the deal via IFAS than deal direct with Hempenstall.
If they don't sell much of this stuff, they may be interested in a sale-or-return deal. Or IFAS could ask for orders via these boards every couple of months and just deal with Hempenstall on an as required basis.
We're always talking of making a few bob, here's an ideal opportunity and I'm sure board subscribers would be more than happy in the knowledge their money is going for a good cause. IFAS, by buying in bulk, could get a discount which they pocket. The user gets the product at the same cost if he/she did the deal themselves.
