I was messing around with a new fast 50 mm lens tonight when I noticed a moving trail right beside Saturn. I managed to grab a 15 second exposure at f2.

Am I right or wrong in thinking that this could have been the ISS?

I'm not seeing anything there.

Ohhhhhhhhh ok i see it now.

Looks too faint to me to be the ISS..................but what do i know.

It certainly looks too faint, unless you have heavens-above telling you it is, then I suspect its not the ISS.

I'm still puzzled as to what it could have been then. I thought it might have been the Shuttle as I got mixed up with the launch days, it's supposed to be launching today.

Too faint to be either the ISS or Shuttle.
There are literally thousands of satellites and pieces of satellites in orbit around earth.

exactly, it's one of the those many thousands of man made objects, not everything that crosses the sky is the ISS.
