In another thread a reader suggested that we list our kit in our signature. I suggested that that could make for very long threads and a better idea would be to start a thread here; maybe if enough people post the mods might make it a sticky.

I suggest it might be best if you dont comment on other peoples kit in this thread so it gets kept to the point?

Anyway to start the ball rolling heres my kit at 15/01/2006

Scopes/Mounts/Binos:

Celestron C9.25 Schmidt Cassegrain 235mm diameter, focal lenght 2350mm, with XLT coatings
Celestron Advanced Series Goto Mount
16" truss tube reflector (f/4.5) (On loan)
21" truss tube reflector (f/3.94) (On loan)
5" Maksutov Cassegrain F=1500mm
Celestron 80ED, 80mm semi-apo f/7.5 F=600mm
10x50 binocs, 16x50 binocs.

Cameras:
Modified Canon 300D 6.3MP Digital SLR
Modified (SC3) Philips toucam pro with ICX098BL sensor.

Eyepieces:
Plossls: 32mm, 25mm, 19mm, 15mm, 12.5mm(illuminated reticle) 10mm, 9mm, 6mm, 4mm. 3x barlow lens

Filters (1.25"):
Baader UV/IR, Lumicon H-Beta, Parks optical BB LPR, Baader OIII, Celestron colour filter set (8 filters)

Misc: 1.25 diagnol, 45degree erecting prism, 12v hair dryer!
Celestron radial guider.
Celestron f/6.3 focal reducer.
Losmandy guide scope attachment plate plus set of 6" scope rings 1x P266 Laptop and 1x1.5GHz laptop.

Thats about it (I think!)

    Brica 4mpx

    Homemade adapter for fixing the Brica camera over the eyepiece
    Soon: t adapter and ring
    working on a homemade wedge

Telescopes:
2 X Hand built 200mm F6 Newtonian reflectors (1 equatorial, 1 being rebuilt as a Dobsonian), Orion Optics primaries & secondaries.
Tasco 75mm reflector (modified as a piggyback scope on one of the 200mm reflectors).
Skywatcher 80ED F7.5 refractor.
Meade ETX-70 70mm GOTO refractor.
SkyLux 70mm refractor.

Eyepieces:
Meade MA Series 1.25" Eyepieces: 25mm, 12mm, 4mm.
Meade Super Plossl 1.25" 26mm.
Celestron Plossl Series 1.25" Eyepieces: 32mm, 15mm, 9mm, 6mm.
