It's off alright, Guys, any help here would be appreciated! This is done from a goto cg5 mount, 3 star auto alignment is carried out, but when you are finished doing that, the scope will miss it's intended target by a bit, power supply is ok
What's wrong here??
Keith..

I know more about meade mounts, but I'll give it a try.
ok, we needs to make a few assumptions here.
1, that accurate polar allignment is been performed as per the instructions, in that..
2, when polar allignment is done, that the ra/dec axis are set up squarely
3, the latitude adjuster is set correctly on the mount
4, the mount is level.
5, when doing 3 star setup, that accurate centering of the setup stars is been performed in the eyepiece.
6, accurate date and time is loaded into the telescope computer, watch out for summer time (ST=GMT+1).
Get in contact with your local astronomy club and get someone knowledgable to help verify its set up correctly., there is only so much we can do on the web, hands on help is always the best.
If you are CERTAIN that the above are been fullfiled, then get in contact with whoever you bought the scope from and explain the situation and get it fixed. It might take a few trips to get the scope fixed, so dont sit back and think the warrenty can't run out.

Just been on the phone for the last hour trying to help 11" Astrophotographer. I've gone through absolutely every single thing I could ever imagine could ever go wrong. What's clear to me is that this young fella knows a heck of alot about this mount and has done alot of research into how it could be fixed. He has tried absolutely everything I could have ever reasonably suggest. My best advice is that he sends it back to his dealer in Dublin and get's it fixed. To be fair, they have offered to repair it. Obviously, nobody wants to be without their scope. However, the sooner it's repaired, the sooner you'll have it back operating correctly.
Sorry I wasn't able to help you to get it fixed. However, hopefully you'll follow my advice and send it back for repair.
Best of luck with it.
