anyone use celestron lens & accessory set was created by fguihen
has anyone used the celestron lens and accessory set? it includes 3 celestron lenses, filters for bringing up details in planets, and a barlow lens. im wondering is it worth getting or to just get lenses and a barlow individually? can anyone recommend a good barlow thats not very expensive also? and maby a decent 8mm eyepiece with good eye clearance.if i get a good barlow and a good 8mm eye piece i wont need a 4mm piece i feel.

I myself use Celectron Plossls (35mm, 16mm, 9mm, and 6mm). They are fine. I got them second hand from Gerry Maloney (on these boards) as at the time I good cheap lenses (to use with only 70mm scopes). I don't know how they measure up to use with much larger aperture scopes. I also have Meade ones (same general range of mm), but I don't see any difference, but the Celestrons are the first choice (raised eyecups for peripheral light pollution elimination).
