Hi just a quick post but a 4mm eyepiece would be a very high magnification to use. Even a 8mm would be somewhat high
I know a lot will depend on the aperture and the instrument used and the sky conditions but I would suspect that that level of magnifcation will be only usefull on a very few nights of the year.
Celestron are generally good eyepieces and if it would work out cheaper to spring for the set if you should. I have the meade short barlow whch is about €50 in telescope house which works well.
Just dont be suckered into buying high magnification. Sometimes low magnification is just as rewarding......
All the best

 I cant imagine using a 4mm eyepiece on any scope, you'd generally have very bad eye relief with such an eyepiece, like looking into a pinhole.
