Hi,
I came across this guy in england who started off with a 60mm refractor and ended up with a mammoth system

That guy needs some serious therapy :D . If he has a wife or partner they must be very understanding, I know I'd be divorced by now :lol: .

It got me to thinking too, I've been an amateur astronomer fpr the past twenty years, my first scope was a Vixen 65mm refractor, which I still have. In the years that have followed I've owned 12x50 binos, 12x50 binios, 25x100 binos, a 250mm dob, a 93mm refractor, a 100mm refractor, a 200cm SCT and the last scope I bought was an 80mm Zenithstar, so in twenty years I've advanced 20mm, strange or what?
