I can't say for sure which mount that is Frank as the image is small, but my money would be on the Losmandy G11 with Gemini GOTO. Losmandy made this mount and Celestron sold it combined with their larger scopes. These date back to the early 90s. For more info:

From what little I know about it, these were rated pretty good. In general, Losmandy make good mounts and Celestron scopes have good optics. This would therefore seem to be a good pairing. However, if it's something you're in the market for, you'd obviously need to dig a little deeper and find out for sure. This partnership between Losmandy and Celestron doesn't exist any more unfortunately, but of course you could buy the two separately.

Does not look like a GM-11, could be a GM-8 though. The tripod does not appear to be original, and compered to the losmandy one a bit flimsey.
