Lidl generally sells them a few weeks before Christmas.
I am not sure what other people's opinions of it are, but it seems ok, probably not as good optically as the Skylux which is also on sale around the same time in Lidl.
I have both the etx-70 and the skylux, but have never used the etx-70.

I had an ETX-70 which I got to replace a Skylux... eventually, I sold on the ETX again and replaced tha with a Skyklux! I prefer the Skylux over the ETX-70 actually.

The skylux is fully manual but it should have setting circles which you could use to guide yourself around the sky

The mount is manual as darragh points out. However, I bought a motor to easily attach to the right ascension axis of the mount. This means that when the mount is on level ground (I added a spirit level to it), and polar aligned, all I then do is swing the axes round to what I want to track, lock them, and turn on the R.A. motor which then follows the object. The R.A. motor cost me €30.
