I'd actually just emailed them to tell them I'd be contacting my credit card company today to pull the payment, but good advice guys, thanks.
This crowd have possibly the most unhelpful custome service department I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole again.

Just a quick follow on from my last post, its worth reading Telescope Planets terms and conditions webpage for the necessary information you require:
www.telescopeplanet.co.uk/terms.asp
I have been looking though their website and they have a good range of products but the prices are off the mark in a lot of cases, even adjusting for sterling. As an example, only in the last few days I purchased a firewire camera from the US for 538 Euro, I see the same camera for 804.99 GBP, that’s approximately 1084 Euro!
www.telescopeplanet.co.uk/ViewProdDetail...od_code=PON07I000024
Even if I was unlucky enough to pay vat, duty, tariffs or whatever on the camera from the US it would still be far cheaper than purchasing the same camera from the UK!
Clear skies

When i ordered my EP kit from the UK,the order was not processed because the credit card i used was an Irish one.
Glad they emailed me to tell me this as i would be up the wall by now waiting. ....not knowing it would never come.

I would usually give a shop somethign between 2 weeks and 1 months before I start asking questions. Dont believe these next day/3day delivery promises, it never happens and I've never seen any shop not charge international shipping costs. If the shipping is free its usually restricted to that country.
Have they told you that they shipped the eyepeice ??

Wow ... you must deal with some real amateurs. I don't buy astronomy gear online but I do buy almost everything else online and the companies I deal with all live up to their promises. In fact, I normally get my stuff BEFORE it is officially due, never after without getting an email about it.

I bought a C6N with goto mount about 2 years ago from Telescope Planet. They debited the card straight away and then took 3 months to deliver it. Each time I asked it was always 'None in stock but coming at the end of the month'. I have never used them since.
