Michael,
I have a VB routine which converts GMT to GST and LST. I wrote this based on algorithms by Meeus and Duffet-Smith Is this any good to you? I could compile it into a little program if you really need it.

What would be great is if it could be turned into a file which I can run on my Sony-Ericsson W810i - .jar j2me application, if I have that correct. I could then run it on my phone and would save the need for an observtory clock. Would this be possible at all?
Cheers,
