I bought a Celestron focal reducer from astro shop and found them to be of an excellent service.
Other then that I have bought from a dealer in Canada which also provided excellent service.
We in Ireland certainly have to look far away at times...:)

Another thumbs up for astroshop.

I ordered the eyepieces from astroshop on Friday and they arrived today with a packet of sweets thrown in as well:).

Wow! a bag of sweets - wish I gone with them!
Actually, I ordered from FLO in UK - cost me 75Euro over the Astroshop price. Must say I asked Astroshop about the flexi tube Auto DOB(it was described as being upgradeable to Goto)and they where quick to reply to say this was an error - which I knew it was!
Just testing!
In any case FLO did deliver after a few days delay in shipping but to be fair they advised me of this.
Right now I have an issue with it and have emailed them yesterday -let's see what after sales is like. Will update.
I'd settle for that bag of sweets right now :)

Forgot to add, I got a bag of sweets from Astroshop as well...:)
Just got delivery of my new Cgem from first light yesterday (FLO)
Martin was very helpful throughout the process. I ordered 2 X T-rings Canon for my camera, but only received 1.
Ordered a Vixen adapter for the mount head and an 8" dovetail. Couldn't find the dovetail or T-ring at first.

On second looking, I found the dovetail, but missing the other T-ring.
He has already mailed it on to me.. so i am happy with them as well.
But no sweets in the delivery boxes...:)

Declan.

That is s coincidence!
I am dealing with Martin too. Sent another email & got a reply 5 mins later just now (near 10pm) - seems my first email about the scope issue did not go to the right email addy for him.
He will deal with matter tomorrow - looks like really good service! - ok ,no sweets -yet!
