I do not know why the image will not apper but it is venus.jpg in the planetary images section

Mind me asking what sort of scope you have, just out of curiosity?

Is this a single image or did you stack images to get this???
Stacking produces a more even image, I've also stared taking images of Venus receintly, while I can before it goes.
This was taken using a 12"Lx200+barlow and Toucam pro and a wratten 47 filter from 150 images (600 discarded), I left the white balance on auto and gave it a slight tint of yellow.
This was taken on Saturday evening (March 6th 2004) at 7pm.
Is this a single image or did you stack images to get this???

That's an excellent image Dave! I can't see how you could ever improve on that.
It always amazes me what can be done with a simple webcam!
