Hi guys,

Latest moon image with the toucam and the ETX70 - 400 frames - taken last Wednesday 8th. Enjoy.

Also a pic I took with my Casio EX Z50 digital camera of the four day moon earlier in the month with the ETX70 again and a 12mm eyepiece.

Nicely done Neil! You're really getting the hang of it now! if I were you, I'd make a photographic quality print of that first one, and frame it... :)

Neill,
I didnt think you'd get such a wide field of view using the toucam on the etx70, is that moon image a mosaic ???

Hi Dave,

Its not a mosiac Dave. Its the result of 400 frames stacked in registax and a bit of processing. I use the maximum screen size setting from the options on the set-up for the Toucam when capturing my frames - not sure what it is mind - but it covers my entire laptop screen.
