coruscations attending the whole length of the luminosity, giving to the phenomena the aspect of a wrathful messenger, and not that of a tranquil body pursuing a harmless course..comet of 1680

I've done a reprocess concentrating on the galaxy alone. The scale is much bigger. I did a bit of maximun entropy deconvolution to get at the detail within the dust lane. Tried not to overdo it as it made it a tad too noisy.
The sacrifice was that pinky arc around the core.
ANyway I think the dust lane detail is worth it. Opinions please?

Thanks for all the comments guys.

A grand attempt there Dave, all you need now is a 20" RCOS to bring out more detail in the arms
