Adobe Photoshop

I got photoshop and was told on another forum that I needed to download adobe camera raw, for photoshop to accept raws. Taking raw pics is apparently better, rather than jpegs, as they are apparently better for post processing. I attempted to download adobe camera raw from the adobe site. This was okay, it was in the form of a zip file. I saved it to my memory stick to transfer to the laptop when I attempted to open it last night from the stick it flashed up - "Please insert the last disk of the multi-volume set and click ok to continue" . Does anyone know what is going on?

It looks to me like it wants you to stick in your Photoshop CD to proove that you really own a legitimate copy of photoshop. Pretty normal thing for comercial software to do.

My advice - go back and see if there are more ZIPs to download.

Damn! I just bought Adobe photoshop Elements 4. does that mean I bought the wrong thing  It was all I could find and the salesman said it was the most recent and full prog
Bill.
I'm pretty sure the sales man gave you terribly bad advice. From my admitedly limmited experience with Elements I don't think it's at all useful for Astronomy.
