That is pretty neat Anthony! The silhouette of the plane almost looks 'too' perfect, you got such a great shot! Your efforts have paid off wonderfully!

Hi Seanie,
If you look carefully, there is a VERY slight blur in the silhouette and I do not know if this is motion due to the plane (I exposed for the moon at 1/125 sec and may have caught the plane in motion) or whether it is a focusing issue where the differential distance of the moon and plane cannot be both covered at the same time.
I suspect it is motion rather than a focusing issue.
Anyway, glad you like the photo. I am after similar shots during the late afternoon so as to catch the plane(s) in their natural colours due to the sunlight being reflected onto them ... these photo ops are even more impressive.
