Hi Folks

Attached First light image with my new Coronado double stacked PST and Lumenera Skynyx2-0 ccd camera.

Imaged with a Celestron 2x ultima barlow - 493 frames out of 1293 were stacked in Registax and false colour applied in Photoshop.

That's a great first image! Can't wait to see what else you can get out of it with practice! Good luck with your new toy!

Are you sure it's the Sun? To me it looks like The Wind that Shakes the Barley in my field.

very cool. Incredible the amount of detail you picked up, especially since the sun is so inactive at the moment. no sunspots anywhere for us white light guys to look at at the moment  , but at least we're finally due some clear nights for some dark observing :D
