Absolutely stunning Woody! The nebulosity comes through perfectly. And the colours at the center....
But can I add a remark? :oops: There are more red stars than I think there should be in there! Too much processing in Photoshop?
Seanie.

Seanie, the red stars look to be behind the thin gases which are red. I did pick up alot of faint stars imaging at 8 min exposures. Also the OIII gives a red tint to the nebula.

Woody, the cluster of stars itself looks amazing aginst the backdrop of the nebula. The detail in the dark parts is amazing. One hell of a shot !

Seanie a narrowband shot like that is effectively a monochrome image. Therefore depending on the camera and how its processed it will show predominently one colour or another. In order to get a better dynamic range of colours you would have to either;
Combine it with SII and H-Alpha narrowband shots or
Take a full set of RGB data and use the OIII image as a luminence channel.

Dave.
