First thanks to all for the kind comments.
Dave: I'm afraid their is no great inspired reason for 19x3min and 1 x10min. What happened was I lost a few of the 3 min exposures to rogue clouds I took 25 but only 19 were useable. I then thought I'd take a few 10 min exposures in case there were a couple of other galaxies in the field. After the first one, the clouds rolled in and stayed. On close examination of a DSS field of this area I realised that only two satellite galaxies of NGC891 were in that area and these were on my 3 min exposures.
But as I had the 10 minutes exposure, I thought I might as well use it!!!
