Great images just confirm that is with the moded 300d and not the ATK. I'm about to get a 400d and hack the 350 but want to confirm this first.

yes this is the modded 300D. Go for it. Since you probably don't need the 350d for daytime photography anymore you can leave out the extra spacers under the cmos assembly. This would normally result in the AF point being a tad off, but since you have a new 400d that probably won't worry you.
