Sorry no. But I'm thinkin' of buyin' a 350D for €690 or so from Dixons for christmas. What mods if any do I need to make for Astrophotography?
I've modded a few 350D's and 300D's in this way and it works very well. The procedure is really one of disassembly and re-assembly and cutting the new glass to the right size.

I Have just purchased a 350D on e-Bay, just waiting for it to arrive. Thanks for the links for modifications. Do you happen to have any spare clear glass left over from your previous mods?, preferably already cut to size, I'd be happy to pay.
Also, I'm getting closer to purchasing my new scope, and am presently between deciding on either the LX200R 10" or the Celestron CPC925, both will take a wedge upgrade later. I've read a very favourable view of the LX200R optics in Astronomy Now and I am swinging more in that direction at the moment. Any body else got any opinions on this, and bear in mind that I can't do a permanent mount (my back garden is very limited for field of view), and must remain portable, so quick set up is a must.
