I processed a few more of the AVI's and this was the result from
the clearest one of the lot.

You're definitely on the right track Frank,
Colour and general image is good
The detail is abit grainy, so to smooth it out you will need more frames, better seeing never hurts. You can smooth it out in photoshop if you have it..

about frames...
I usually go for 2min.
If you increased it, say to 3/4 will that make a difference in the final image?
I understand that more time = more clear frames but is that up to a point?

Here is my best image of Saturn to date. Was taken last year under perfect conditions. Meade LX200GPS 14" , 4X Powermate and ToUcam.
