Hi. Hopefully you are mistaken 
Didnt see any notice of opening and closing times displayed when I was checking it out in the daytime. As I said just signs of what fish you are allowed to catch in each time of year. I was looking out for opening and closing times as I would expect it would have to be displayed for a public carpark. Also there is a mobile home, caravan park up the road so i imagine they would want to have access to the place after dark.
Also it appears as a public road and not a driveway to somewhere else etc. with individual houses on it.
