I don't know how adept you are with PS but what I would do would be:
Always, always work with the full rez files.
Create a new Image.
Make it slightly bigger than the 3 shots in a row.
Paste in all three as layers.
Now blend and use selection areas to join the three at the 'seams'
I'm oversimplifying here obviously but I hope you get the jist.

Congrats on a fantastic image. I love the warmth of this shot. I don't think the seams detract from the image at all. In fact I think it gives a nice 3d effect.
