The (faint blue) ion tail is pretty obvious actually. Nice wok Keith!

Glad you like it guys ! This is what it's like from my backgarden alright, but it's from Co.Cavan where I live, where dark skies are aplenty. Close on the waterford costal guess though, as this is where I go when visiting the folks and family back home, though if I took this shot from there, it probably look just about the same :P

whats your lens/camera?


Canon 400D, Canon ef 24-70mm f2.8 L lens - class lens at 24mm f3.2 ISO 800, single 3 minute exposure. It really was just a test of the 'L' lens.

I'm going to try it at 70mm to get a better shot of the tail......
