Ah, ok. I was thinking of some sort of combining of images first to make the L before to making the colour. What you're saying makes perfect sense though.

I just included the 6x10min of Ha with the L when I combined and aligned in Images plus.

Nice small galactic cluster there Gary. Colour might be a tad strong in the purple spectrum, but that could just be a preference thing for me. Both galaxies and background (foreground? ) stars are sharp and balanced very well on brightness.

Very, very nice Gary. I can see a colour imbalance in the background to the right of the image most likely vignetting which is an absolute curse in RGB especially when imaging low down or with brighter skies. How good is your sky?
