moon shot was created by johnomahony
I had a few hours of clear weather early last night. Managed to set up the C11 and take this shot of the moon.

Had a go at Mars but it was just a blur visually.
Anyone got one of those new USB2 DMK cameras (me is tempted :twisted:
)

Well done John. Sharpness is your only enemy in that shot. Imagine the depth you will get next time you take the same image with better focus. ;) What camera did you use? The Cescent Moon sure was apretty sight last night.

Thanks Seanie
I used a celestron neximager. Focus and seeing are out alright (forgot to set up the helical focuser and no cool down period).
I feel a DMK camera coming on.......
