Use the limit function so that the IC Capture software stops at 1000 frames per capture. You can take several AVI's of 1000 frames per shot, then import them into registax all together, (so far I have went as far as 7 x 1000 frame AVI's,...the wind was bad on that night!!). You will have to point at the alignment point for each new AVI as it starts to Run within Registax.... however it will prompt you .............I hope this makes sense!!
I believe that Registax can handle a 10,000 frame limitation, using that method.........could be wrong though?

Hey Steve i know some of you guy's here like these kind of images so attached is an image i took of the observatory in Loiano Italy .Unfortunatly the clouds keep coming and going preventing me from getting the canon attached to the scope.It was pretty much like this all week but we did manage to get our Data so all was well.

Excellent detail there Steve, it's equivalent to using a large scope with a very good quality eyepiece.
