The focus might be slightly off, not surprising since I did it by eye in about 15 seconds.


You've got a great eye Dave. Really nice image. As you say 800 frames is on the low side. Love to see what you will get with a higher frame number. Was that manual guided or with your new drive system?

Its certainly getting harder to see. By the end of this year, the rings will be nearly edge on.

Was that manual guided or with your new drive system?

Servocat driven Kieran, there is absolutely no way you could do this with the barlow without a drive, the planet would cross the FOV in seconds, god knows we tried :oops: :lol:
