Nice one Steve fabulous image. I tried M31 last night with not so good results - largely due to my own F$$% ups, I lost 4/5ths of my data due to imaging at at the zenith - hitting the limit and not doing a re-GOTO. I wasn't going to post the following because its Sh!!te, however I've learned a lot from the processing and hopefully next time out I'll put it to use, maybe I can come up with something half as good as your first M31.

Looks like it just disappeared alright. I tried to re-edit the message, to see if that worked, however, wasn't successful. I notice that other posts that originally had images in them, have suffered a similar fate:huh:
