Congrats to Anthony and Frank (SKAN Nov 08)

Congrats to Anthony for getting his pic of the total solar eclipse from Russia into the magazine and onto the CD. Also congrats to Frank Ryan Jr for getting his sequence pic of the eclipse onto the CD.

As surprised and excited I am to learn of this fact, you literally pulled the rug under my feet for I never sent them any hires version of my images (simply lowres with a note that hires are available upon request).

Anyway, is there ANY possibility I can trouble some kind soul (obviously that excludes Seanie ) to send me via email a quick-and-dirty scan of this particular page and/or last month's photo of the month which I was most fortunate to win?

The magazine sells for 13 euro per issue here in Athens and obviously there is very little interest at this price. As a result, the handful of copies which are available disappear quickly and which deprives me of the opportunity to leaf through an issue at the newstand to see my work if and when it appears.

A sincere thanks to all of my friends here on IFAS (obviously that excludes Seanie ) for letting me know so graciously that my work appears in the various magazines and which I never know about.

They are a sound bunch all the same.
Just to let them know what all the other mags do.
(E.G. _ ask for a higher rez version, tell you its gonna be printed, send you a copy and
a few quid for your trouble!)

Anthony, I'll scan the OCT issue for you tomorrow night and the new NOV issue too assuming its in. Actually, I'll give the brother a call down the shop now and if they are both in I'll ask him to drop them into me on his way home from work.
