I noticed last night that one of your Moon rise photos was in a special edition of Ciel et Espace Anthony.
Here we go again! MANY thanks for the heads-up and for which I had no clue. C&E has asked me for hires photos of my work countless times but never any feedback thereafter. I will wait a week or so just in case something shows up in the mail and I will go after them otherwise. (I really appreciate your heads-up!).
I also saw that the December issue of Astronomy magazine will have a feature article on a certain Athens-based astronomer on the very same topic of the Moon and Sun over Greek monuments. Congratulations in advance!!!
Thanks. It is my understanding that it will be a six-page article - autobiographical in nature with lots of photos - and which was requested from me earlier this year. I asked them to wait slightly so that I can squeeze in some photo shoots I had in mind (ex. totality in Russia, full moon rising at Sounio etc) and hopefully they will have been included.
My issues arrive about five weeks before the cover date which means this week or the early part of next week I should have something in my hands.
