Steve, I believe that it will nearly double that size by the 3rd week of March, though it will be harder to get good frames due to it being lower and nearer the sun...good luck

Very impressive steve

I have just been observing Venus over the last month or so injoying the different phases
after looking at your images i feel inspired and must try my self,i only have a neximage ccd webcam and have some filters, i have a Baader uv/ir Blocking filter would this b one too use.

A continuation of my Venus Project, now including the shots taken on the 2nd of March 2009. Again, it shows a thinner phase, yet larger size as it approaches Earth.
