Dariusz - they are nice images - I love those wide-field views of deep sky objects. The second image is especially nice - horsehead is very obvious.

Thank you Dave, I have SW EQ6 PRO SkyScan and I am very satisfied.
Unfortunately I do not have any kind of guider so the maximum exposure I can get is
240 sec/ 200mm so far.
Of course I will have to buy a guider in the future but at the moment I want to buy any triplet for astrophotography.
I wouldn't want to spend more than 1200 euro and don't know what to choose.
Could you give me any advice?
Regards

Do you mean you're looking for a triplet refractor? I'm really not too sure what you could get your hands on for 1200 euro. Do you have a specific aperture in mind?
Off the top of my head anyway, I think the likes of Astro-Physics, Takahashi and possibly even TMB APO's are out of your price range. Perhaps Televue? They're a great make and they have some good deals. Pentax might be an option but I think they're also a bit on the pricey side. There's just a few ideas of where to start looking anyhow. Perhaps others here have more of an idea than me...

The wide-field shots are nice - see something in context.
I have had the (passing) notion of seeing what can be done by mounting my old Meade ETX70 (350mm FL) (on its own) on my EQ6 - Im even more tempted to after seeing your shots.

Mark
